Queste tariffe si applicano agli organismi di mediazione pubblici e possono essere adottate anche da quelli privati. Il calcolo delle spese varia a seconda che la mediazione sia obbligatoria o facoltativa, del valore della lite e del numero di incontri. Inoltre, le spese possono aumentare se si raggiunge un accordo di conciliazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per esempio, le spese di mediazione ammontano a:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">60 euro per le liti fino a 1.000 euro e di valore indeterminabile basso;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">120 euro per le liti da 1.000,01 sino a 50.000 euro e di valore indeterminabile medio;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">170 euro per le liti sopra i 50.000 euro e per le cause di valore indeterminabile alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per una simulazione precisa dei costi di mediazione, \u00e8 possibile utilizzare applicazioni online che forniscono un calcolo dettagliato basato sulle nuove tariffe. Ricorda che le spese di mediazione sono a carico di ciascuna parte e i costi per l\u2019assistenza dell\u2019avvocato durante il procedimento della mediazione vanno determinati
